MIKROH

Privacy policy

Last updated October 12, 2026

The short version: our games don’t show ads and don’t track you. Your progress is saved on your device and backed up to a private game account so it isn’t lost. You can link that account to Google or an email address to play on other devices. If you post a daily score, we keep your made-up inmate name and your time so they can show on the board.

This policy covers mikroh.com and the MIKROH games hosted on it, including Big House Breakout at bighouse.mikroh.com. “MIKROH,” “we” and “us” mean the people who make them.

What stays on your device

Big House Breakout saves your progress, settings, character, outfits, stamps and challenge progress in your browser’s local storage. It also stores a random player ID that your browser generates; it isn’t linked to your name, email or any account. A copy is also backed up to your game account (below). Clearing your browser’s site data erases the copy on your device, but your account can restore it.

If you install the game as an app, your browser also keeps a copy of the game’s files so it can run offline.

Game accounts and cloud saves

When you first play Big House Breakout, the game creates an anonymous guest account for you through Google Firebase, our account provider. A copy of your game progress (the same data saved on your device) is stored with that account so it can be restored if your browser data is cleared. Guest accounts contain no name or email.

If you choose “Save my inmate,” you can link the account to Google or to an email login link. We then store the email address and, for Google, your basic Google profile details that Google shares with apps (such as your name and profile picture) so you can sign in on other devices. We don’t use your email for marketing, and we never see your Google password.

Only you can read or change your saved progress. You can sign out in Settings → Account at any time. To delete your account and cloud save, email us from the address on the account.

The daily escape leaderboard

When you clear the daily escape, the game sends us your inmate name (the funny name you made in the character creator), your time, the date, and your random player ID. We use them only to show today’s fastest times. Anyone playing the game can see the names and times on the board. Entries are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Please don’t put your real name or anything personal in your inmate name. We may remove names that are offensive or personal.

What our hosting provider sees

Our sites run on Cloudflare. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We may look at basic logs to fix problems. We don’t use that information to identify you or build a profile of you.

Other services the pages load

Accounts and cloud saves are provided by Google Firebase, whose privacy terms apply to how it stores that data. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser asks Google’s servers for them. Google’s own privacy policy applies to those requests.

Some MIKROH tools, such as Wedding Budget Blueprint, are hosted elsewhere and have their own terms and privacy information.

What we don’t do

If that ever changes, for example if we add optional purchases, we’ll update this page first.

Kids

Big House Breakout is a comedy game made for players 13 and older. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has put personal information on the leaderboard, contact us and we’ll remove it.

Your choices

You can play without ever posting a daily score. You can delete everything stored on your device by clearing site data in your browser, and ask us to delete your account and cloud save at any time. To have a leaderboard entry removed, email us with the inmate name and date.
